About Hopkins Show Prep
Hello! My name is Emmeline, but you can call me Emma. To tell you a little about myself, I grew up in the Puget Sound area in Northwest Washington and really started pursuing my love of horses at the age of nine, thanks to my parents who signed me up for lessons. From there, I started leasing horses and joined 4-H before buying my own horse, Bruin. I have owned him for twelve years now, and he is still a dream come true!
After high school, I enrolled in a partnership program at Linn-Benton Community College and Oregon State University. In 2011, I graduated with my bachelor’s degree with a major in Animal Science, Equine Emphasis and a minor in Agricultural Business Management. After graduation (and marrying my handsome husband), I moved to San Diego and enrolled in Equissage where I achieved a certification in Equine Massage.
Since then, I’ve moved to beautiful Chimacum, Washington where I own and operate Bay Acres, a horse boarding facility, and HQ for Hopkins Show Prep.
